Electronics Product Engineer (No experience required)

Job Summary:
Support the design, testing, validation, and continuous improvement of electronic circuits and components for motor driver products.

Responsibilities:

• Support product design, evaluation, testing, and continuous improvement of electronic circuits and components used in motor driver products.
• Evaluate and qualify electronic components, circuits, and alternative parts for new and existing products.
• Review component specifications, datasheets, and technical requirements to ensure suitability and compliance.
• Perform circuit testing, validation, and troubleshooting using electronic test equipment.
• Analyze test results and implement corrective actions to resolve technical issues.
• Support product improvement, cost reduction, and component localization initiatives.
• Create and maintain schematics, technical drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), test reports, and engineering documentation.
• Investigate product reliability, quality, and field-related issues, and recommend effective solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, and suppliers to support product development and manufacturing activities.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities, including product validation and production readiness.
• Ensure compliance with company, customer, and applicable industry standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or a related field.
• No experience is required; graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to read and interpret circuit schematics, electronic symbols, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, electronic loads, and power supplies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous learning.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of analog and digital electronics, power electronics, or motor driver circuits is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with PCB design and development tools is an added advantage.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical problem-solving capabilities are an added advantage.
• Exposure to embedded systems, robotics, automation, or programming concepts is an added advantage.
