FIXIT911 Repairs is looking for a dependable, hands-on technician to join our repair team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology, troubleshooting devices, and helping customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on repair experience with phones, computers, tablets, or similar devices
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Willing to learn new devices, tools, and repair techniques
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Consistent recent work history preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, and other electronics
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Work with Apple, Samsung, and other major brands
• Use proper tools and repair procedures
• Test devices after repairs to ensure they function properly
• Identify additional device issues when applicable
• Explain repairs, costs, and recommendations to customers
• Provide repair updates and expected completion times
• Handle basic maintenance and electronic service tasks

Store Support

• Check in customers and assist with front-counter needs
• Answer general technology questions
• Support sales and merchandise organization
• Assist with inventory
• Keep repair stations and the store clean and organized
• Follow procedures for handling customer devices
• Support teammates with daily shop operations

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 12:00 PM–7:00 PM
• Saturday: 12:00 PM–5:00 PM
• Schedule may vary based on availability and business needs
