EZ Electronics is a locally owned electronics repair and resale business in Lima, Ohio. We repair phones, tablets, and other devices for local customers and refurbish devices for resale. We're a small, close-knit team where everyone pitches in, and we take pride in quality work and honest service.

About the Role
This is a technician role first. You'll learn device repair from the ground up with hands-on training. Because we're a small team, you'll also help wherever the business needs it that day, from shipping orders to keeping the shop clean. If you love tech and like staying busy, this is a great place to learn a real trade and grow.

No repair experience? No problem. If you've built a PC, taken apart a controller, or you're the person friends call when their tech breaks, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Primary: Repairs

• Repair phones, tablets, and other devices for walk-in customers
• Repair and refurbish devices for resale
• Diagnose issues and test devices before and after repair
• Greet customers, check in repairs, and explain what's needed

Supporting the Team

• Help pack and ship orders
• Assist with inventory tracking and organization
• Keep the shop and workstations clean and organized
• Handle basic admin tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Genuine interest in technology and how things work
• Some technical know-how (PC building, gaming setups, DIY tech projects, etc.)
• Patience and steady hands for detailed, careful work
• Honest and trustworthy. You'll handle customer devices, personal data, and valuable inventory every day.
• A "whatever needs done" attitude. No task is beneath anyone here.
• Reliable and punctual
• Willing to learn and take feedback
• Friendly and comfortable talking with customers

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Phone, tablet, or electronics repair experience
• Customer service or retail experience
• Shipping, warehouse, or inventory experience
• Soldering experience
