Why You’ll Love This Role

• You will be responsible for the installation of motorsport grade harnesses, electronics, and electronics-related components, in a manner the demonstrates, “Everything is Important”

What You’ll Do

• Provides feedback to Production Supervisor on performance and growth of each team member
• Trains new/lower grade technicians on processes and procedures
• Validate the correct operation of each system to verify operation and performance of electrical
• Supporting the Electronic Team and End of Line Technicians with electrical and mechanical diagnostics to improve quality measures
• Works with Lead and Production Supervisor to ensure production demands meets the specified production schedule

Who We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of automotive manufacturing and automotive electrical system experience
• Experience in programming and machine controls or electronics validation and testing
• Experience in working with electronic tools, crimpers, strippers, soldering irons, and heat guns
• Comprehensive understanding of motorsport automotive grade electronics and motorsport automotive grade wiring
• Competency and comprehensive understanding are working with basic hand tools, cutting tools, air tools, and electric grinders
• Understanding of engine management system and Power Distribution Modules

Location & Schedule:

• This is an onsite position in Torrance, CA

What We Offer - Benefits Driven By You The starting pay range for this position is between $38.76 - $45.60 per hour, plus bonus. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
