We are Hiring – Store Manager for electronics manufacturing

Position: Store Manager

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Delhi

Industry: Electronics Manufacturing industry (chargers and cctv smps) in mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage overall Stores, inventory and material movement activities.

2. Ensure proper receipt, inspection, identification and storage of incoming materials.

3. Maintain accurate stock records, ERP/system entries and physical inventory.

4. Ensure FIFO/FEFO and proper material handling practices.

5. Control inventory of electronic components, PCBs, packaging materials, consumables and finished goods.

6. Ensure materials are issued to Production strictly against approved material requisitions/BOM.

7. Maintain proper batch, lot and traceability records.

8. Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and highlight shortages in advance.

9. Coordinate with Purchase, PPC, Production, Quality and Accounts for material requirements.

10. Ensure physical stock verification and cycle counting are carried out regularly.

11. Investigate and report stock discrepancies, shortages, excesses and damages.

12. Ensure proper segregation and control of rejected, obsolete, excess and customer-returned materials.

13. Maintain proper storage conditions and housekeeping for electronic components and sensitive materials.

14. Ensure ESD and moisture-control requirements are followed wherever applicable.

15. Control material inward and outward documentation including GRN, issue slips and transfer records.

16. Ensure timely availability of materials to production as per the production plan.

17. Monitor slow-moving, non-moving and excess inventory and report to management.

18. Ensure proper packing, identification and dispatch of finished goods.

19. Supervise and allocate work to store staff/helpers.

20. Ensure discipline, safety, cleanliness and 5S practices within the Stores area.

21. Prevent unauthorized material movement and maintain proper access control.

22. Coordinate with auditors and support internal/external stock audits.

23. Prepare and submit regular inventory and stores reports to management.

24. Take responsibility for inventory accuracy and material accountability.

25. Perform any other Stores/Inventory-related duties assigned by Management.
