Electronics Technician - Bench Work (Entry level)

Do you like to repair and maintain the performance and functionality of Professional Audio/PA/Instrument and lighting products?

Location: Pickering, ON

We are an industry leader with global name recognition; we require an entry level technician for our Service/Repair department.

What You Will Be Doing

• Traditional electronic repair work (audio centric)
• You will be troubleshooting and repairing equipment for Pro Audio, amplification and loudspeakers such as;
  • Instrument Amps/Power amps
  • Mixing consoles and powered speaker cabinets
  • Troubleshooting and repairing at component level

What You Need for this Position

• You must have an accredited college diploma in Electronics Technology/Technician or similar combined with 2 years practical experience in troubleshooting audio equipment at the component level
• Strong aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of equipment
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to sit/work at a bench for long time periods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and work ethic
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Attention to detail/ Positive Attitude/ Punctual/Willing to learn
