Electronics Technician (ช่างอิเล็กทรอนิกส์)

About the role
Control, set up, and operate machinery in the production process in accordance with work standards (WI/SOP) and the daily production plan.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, analyze root causes, and perform initial troubleshooting of machinery and production processes in order to reduce downtime
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to plan, record results, and prepare maintenance reports
• Monitor and control production process parameters to keep them within specified limits, and report any abnormalities to the supervisor immediately
• Prepare, maintain, and issue/withdraw spare parts, tools, and equipment used in the production process so that they are always ready for use
• Advise and transfer correct working methods to operators on the production line
• Support process improvement / Kaizen activities to reduce waste, increase productivity, and lower costs

About you

• Vocational Diploma (Diploma level) or higher in Electronics
• At least 2–3 years of experience in maintenance or production process work; experience in an electronics/semiconductor factory is an advantage
• Able to use basic electrical measuring instruments and read basic electrical drawings
• Good command of MS Office computer programs
• Strong problem-solving skills for unexpected situations; able to work as part of a team
• Responsible and punctual
