Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Salary: ₦120,000 per month
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Days: Monday – Saturday

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electronics & Electrical Technician with strong practical skills in diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing electronic and electrical appliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and determine the causes of defects in electronic and electrical appliances.
• Repair and service electronic equipment and electrical appliances.
• Troubleshoot circuit boards, power supplies, wiring, switches, motors, transformers, and other components.
• Carry out component-level repairs where required.
• Use testing and diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, soldering irons, power supplies, and other workshop tools.
• Thoroughly test repaired appliances to ensure they are safe and functioning properly.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
• Identify components that require replacement and communicate repair requirements to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of appliances received, faults identified, repairs carried out, and parts replaced.
• Ensure all repairs are completed neatly, safely, and according to company standards.
• Properly use and maintain company tools and equipment.
• Keep the workshop clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow electrical safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Provide basic technical explanations to customers or branch staff when necessary.
• Escalate complex or major faults to the Technical Manager when required.
• Attend to after-sales service and technical issues.
• Perform other technical duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ practical experience in electronics and electrical appliance repairs.
• Must have hands-on experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing electronic and electrical appliances.
• Ability to use basic electrical testing and repair tools.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Pay: ₦120,000.00 per month
