Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operation of Plating lines to ensure stable, safe and efficient production
• Develop, optimize and control plating process, chemical parameters and bath maintenance
• Troubleshoot plating defects and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental and safety management systems
• Plan and execute process improvement, cost reduction, and yield enhancement projects
• Supervise and guide Engineer responsible for Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) and chemical laboratory functions
• Review WWTP performance, effluent compliance, and laboratory test results
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance team to support manufacturing requirements
• Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and work instructions
• Support audits, customer requirements and regulatory compliance related to plating and chemical usage
