Electroplating Manager

1) Electroplating Operations

• Manage fully automated and manual electroplating process operations
• Monitor process parameters, plating tanks, and chemical additions as per control plans
• Ensure daily production target achievement through effective 4M readiness
• Improve plating yield and reduce Silver/Copper consumption losses
• Monitor plant efficiency, utility consumption, and energy optimization
• Conduct root cause analysis for production losses, rejections, and downtime
• Ensure process stability for Silver, Tin, and Nickel plating operations

2) Chemical Store / ETP / Chemical Lab Operations

• Ensure availability and proper storage of chemicals as per production planning
• Monitor FIFO adherence, incoming inspections, and shelf-life management
• Maintain environmental controls such as temperature and humidity
• Manage Wet/Dry Sludge handling, ETP, and DM Plant operations
• Coordinate with laboratory teams to maintain process parameters as per control plans

3) Production Planning & Control

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
• Manage manpower allocation and shift planning
• Coordinate with PPC, Dispatch, and Sales teams for production execution
• Ensure on-time delivery and production target achievement
• Monitor machine loading and process flow efficiency

4) Costing & Budget Control

• Prepare and monitor production cost sheets covering:

• Metal Consumption

• Power Consumption

• Manpower Cost

• Consumables

• Analyze actual cost vs standard cost

• Drive cost reduction initiatives in electroplating operations and utilities

• Control scrap generation, rejection, and rework costs

• Support budgeting and variance analysis activities with Finance team

5) Quality & Process Control

• Implement SOPs, work instructions, and process controls
• Ensure compliance with ISO / IATF / Customer Quality Standards
• Reduce internal rejections and customer complaints
• Conduct process audits and implement CAPA actions
• Coordinate with Quality team for process validation and improvements

6) Safety & Compliance

• Ensure shop-floor safety practices and PPE compliance

• Maintain statutory compliance related to:

• Factory Act

• Pollution Control Norms

• Environmental Standards

• Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and awareness programs

• Ensure proper housekeeping, discipline, and 5S implementation

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
