Personal Qualifications
Recognizing that Lansing Christian School is strongly committed to the Christian faith, we seek
elementary support personnel who desire to unite their faith with a love for working with elementary
students and the ability to cultivate a positive and engaging environment.
Professional Qualifications
We are seeking a part-time aide who can work with elementary children (grades Prek-5) and parents in a
positive, caring, and engaged manner. Candidates must be able to handle the responsibilities of a group
of children while maintaining a safe environment during group activities.
