• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and enthusiastic Elementary General Studies Teacher to join our school community in Woodland Hills.

The ideal candidate is a warm, organized, and engaging educator who is passionate about elementary education and creating a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and teach engaging, grade-appropriate lessons in English Language Arts, Mathematics, and other elementary General Studies subjects.
• Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Differentiate instruction to meet students' individual learning needs.
• Assess student progress and provide meaningful feedback.
• Maintain strong classroom management and clear behavioral expectations.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with parents, colleagues, and administration.
• Collaborate with other elementary teachers and school staff.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development.

Requirements

• Previous elementary classroom teaching experience is mandatory.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Experience planning and delivering elementary-level curriculum.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction and support diverse learning needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a school team.
• Reliable, professional, patient, and caring.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
