Bettendorf Community School District is seeking a compassionate, student-centered professional to join our team as a full-time Elementary School Counselor at Mark Twain Elementary for the 2026–27 school year. Salary

$50,400 (MA, Step 0; based on the 2026–2027 salary schedule)

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in School Counseling or related field.
• Valid Iowa School Counselor License with K–12 Professional School Counselor endorsement.
• Demonstrated successful experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.
• Knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), social-emotional learning, and crisis response practices preferred.
• Must be able to provide required I-9 documentation to verify eligibility to work in the United States.
