ABOUT THE ROLE

Our After-School Sports Coaches lead structured sports programs for elementary-aged students, typically TK–5th grade.

Our goal is bigger than simply teaching a sport. Coaches help kids of all abilities develop confidence, teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, and athletic skills while making sure they stay active and have fun.

We provide coaches with curriculum, equipment, and program support, but we're looking for people who can take ownership of their group, manage different personalities and skill levels, and bring the curriculum to life.

SCHEDULE

This is a part-time weekday position with programs primarily taking place during after-school hours.

Most coaching opportunities fall between approximately 1:00 PM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, depending on the school and program.

Schedules can vary based on coach availability and assigned locations.

Additional coaching opportunities may also be available through camps, clinics, weekend programs, and other NAofA events.

PAY: $18.00–$22.00 per hour
