Elementary Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic elementary teacher who is committed to creating a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment. Responsibilities and Duties

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction that supports a range of learning needs and abilities;
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and a love of learning;
• Use a variety of instructional strategies and assessment methods to monitor student progress and inform instruction;
• Maintain high expectations for student achievement while providing appropriate support and differentiation;
• Establish effective classroom routines, procedures, and behavior expectations;
• Build positive and professional relationships with students, families, colleagues, and school leadership;
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to meet the academic and individual needs of students;
• Maintain accurate and timely student records and other required documentation;
• Participate in professional development and apply new learning to classroom practice;
• Communicate regularly and effectively with families regarding student progress and needs; and
• Contribute positively to the overall school community.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field;
• Valid state teaching license or eligibility for licensure;
• Elementary classroom teaching experience; and
• Experience with differentiated instruction, data-informed instruction, and collaborative teaching practices.

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
