Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our team. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students.

You will develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and collaborate with other educators to ensure student success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and meet the needs of diverse learners
• Implement effective behavior management strategies to create a positive and respectful classroom environment
• Utilize various teaching methods and learning technologies to engage students in active learning
• Assess student progress through regular evaluations, tests, and assignments
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians on academic performance
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities
• Foster a love of reading by promoting literacy education and utilizing the school library services
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, upcoming events, and classroom activities
• Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field

-Previous Experience working with children consistently in an educational setting

• Valid teaching certification/license in Florida preferred
• Proven experience in classroom management and behavior management techniques
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies
• Proficient in using learning technology tools to enhance instruction
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, administrators, parents/guardians, and community members
• Knowledge of education administration policies and procedures
