Find your place to belong at APA!

At Anderson Preparatory Academy, we believe great teachers don’t just deliver content; they create meaningful learning experiences that stay with students long after they leave the classroom. As a public charter school grounded in leadership, structure, and opportunity, we are committed to preparing cadets for success in school and beyond.

If you are not yet licensed, we can support you in obtaining certification through alternative licensure pathways. We’re looking for the right people first. Those with the passion, mindset, and commitment to grow in order to best serve our students will thrive at APA.

We are seeking educators who are ready to bring learning to life. The ideal candidate fosters deep literary analysis and strong writing development through engaging, multifaceted instruction. Our classrooms emphasize real-world application, helping cadets think critically, communicate effectively, and prepare for post-secondary success.

This is a place for teachers who value both structure and innovation where engagement is expected, and creativity in instruction is supported.

We are especially seeking strong elementary educators who can connect with students, challenge their thinking, and inspire a high level of engagement every day.
