The Entourage

Australia's #1 Business Coaching and Growth Agency for Entrepreneurs Ready to Scale
We're The Entourage, Australia's leading business coaching and training provider for 7 and 8-figure business owners and the country's most recognised brand when it comes to empowering high-growth entrepreneurs.
Our mission is to give business owners everything they need to build great companies and live meaningful lives.
The Elevate Program is our flagship coaching experience, designed to help entrepreneurs scale by mastering the six pillars of business:
Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, Finance and People.
We're looking for our next
Elevate Business Coach
— a commercially minded operator who can help entrepreneurs identify what's holding their business back, build the right strategy to overcome it and turn that strategy into measurable results.
We're looking for someone who can think across the entire business. You might help one member redesign their sales process, another build a marketing strategy, another improve profitability, and another restructure their team so the founder can step out of the day-to-day.
Strong sales and commercial capability is highly valued, but great business coaching requires understanding
which pillar needs attention, when, and why.
We're also increasingly helping members leverage
AI as a practical business tool
to accelerate strategy, implementation and execution. Experience using AI to solve business problems or help teams execute faster will be highly regarded.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Elevate Business Coach, you'll become a trusted advisor and strategic partner to a portfolio of ambitious business owners.
You'll hold regular 1:1 coaching sessions to understand their business, diagnose growth constraints, build clear roadmaps and help them execute the actions that move the needle.
One session might involve mapping a sales process and improving conversion. Another might involve developing a marketing strategy and determining the right channels and campaigns. The next could involve reviewing margins, restructuring a team, refining an offer or removing the founder as a bottleneck.
You need to be able to zoom out and understand the entire business, then zoom in and solve the problem that matters most right now.
You don't need to have all the answers immediately. You do need to ask the right questions, identify the real problem and turn complexity into a clear plan of action.
Your role is both strategic and relational:
part business mentor, part commercial strategist, part account manager and part coach.
You'll also build relationships that last. Elevate Coaches are accountable for delivering genuine value, driving measurable progress and ensuring members see the value in continuing their journey with The Entourage.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Run impactful 1:1 coaching sessions with established business owners across Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, Finance and People.

Diagnose constraints and identify the highest-impact opportunities for revenue, profitability and sustainable growth.

Create personalised 12-month roadmaps and 90-day strategic plans.

Help members develop marketing strategies across positioning, messaging, customer acquisition, campaigns and lead generation.

Design and improve sales processes from qualification and discovery through to proposal, follow-up and close.

Improve sales scripts, objection handling, conversion, KPIs and pipeline management.

Identify revenue opportunities through pricing, offers, reactivation, upselling, cross-selling and stronger execution.

Support founders in moving towards scalable systems, processes and teams.

Help members use
AI and automation to accelerate implementation, improve productivity and execute strategy faster.

Coach across Product, Operations, Finance and People when those areas become the primary constraint.

Monitor progress, maintain accountability and ensure strategy turns into implementation.

Lead retention and continuation conversations, connecting continued coaching to the member's next stage of growth.

Collaborate with other coaches and specialists to solve complex member challenges and improve the Elevate experience.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Commercially Minded
You understand how businesses grow and make money. You can unpack the journey from marketing and lead generation through to sales, delivery, retention, profitability and people.
More importantly, you understand that the problem a business owner presents isn't always the problem that needs solving.
They might say they need more leads when conversion is the real issue. They might think marketing is broken when their offer isn't strong enough. They might want more revenue when operations can't support the growth.
You know how to find the constraint behind the constraint.
Exceptional Communicator & Coach
You know how to listen, challenge and ask great questions.
You can understand what's happening beneath the surface and help an entrepreneur see their business differently.
Sometimes a member needs strategy. Sometimes they need accountability. Sometimes they need to be challenged. Sometimes they need twenty competing priorities simplified into the three things that actually matter.
Knowing the difference matters.
Sales-Aware & Results-Focused
You don't coach for interesting conversations.
You coach for outcomes.
You're comfortable talking about revenue, conversion, pipeline, pricing, targets and performance.
You understand what makes a strong sales process and can identify where opportunities are being lost across qualification, discovery, proposal, follow-up and close.
Marketing & Growth Mindset
You're comfortable discussing customer avatars, positioning, messaging, offers, lead generation, marketing channels and campaign strategy.
You don't need to personally build every campaign, but you should be capable of helping an entrepreneur determine
what their marketing strategy needs to achieve, where they should focus and how they'll measure success.
Strategic Operator
You can take a complicated business with dozens of competing priorities and determine what actually matters.
You're comfortable moving between big-picture strategy and execution — from where the business needs to go to exactly what needs to happen over the next 90 days.
You recognise that while sales might be the visible problem, the real constraint could sit within Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance or People.
AI-Curious & Implementation Focused
You see AI as a tool for execution, not a replacement for strategic thinking.
Experience using AI to develop strategy, create business assets, improve workflows, analyse information, automate processes or accelerate implementation is a
strong advantage.
You don't need to be an AI engineer. You do need to be curious about how AI and automation can help entrepreneurs execute faster and operate smarter.
Entrepreneurial & Curious
You understand the reality of entrepreneurship — not just the theory.
Experience working directly with founders and business owners is highly regarded, as is experience owning, operating or scaling a business yourself.
You're genuinely interested in business, learn quickly and have the commercial intelligence to understand businesses across different industries.
Team-First
You'll join a high-performing coaching team where knowledge is shared.
You're willing to bring your experience to the table, ask for input and help other coaches solve challenges across their portfolios.
When one coach gets better, we want the whole team to get better.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
We'd love to hear from people with
3–5+ years of experience
across one or more of:

Business coaching, consulting or advisory

Sales leadership or sales management

Marketing or growth strategy

Business development or commercial strategy

Account management or customer success

Operations or general management

Entrepreneurship or business ownership

You'll ideally bring:

Strong commercial acumen and whole-of-business thinking.

Strong understanding of B2B and/or B2C sales.

Experience designing or improving sales processes.

Understanding of sales metrics, conversion, pipeline and forecasting.

Understanding of marketing strategy, positioning, messaging and lead generation.

Ability to translate strategy into clear priorities and measurable actions.

Experience working with founders or senior decision-makers.

Familiarity with CRM, automation and modern business technology.

Confidence facilitating strategic conversations and holding people accountable.

A genuine interest in AI and its practical application within business.

Experience using AI to accelerate strategy, implementation or business execution will be highly regarded.
Previous experience owning or operating a business is also highly regarded.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE

Join a high-performing, purpose-driven team changing the lives of entrepreneurs.

Work directly with ambitious founders running 6, 7 and 8-figure businesses across diverse industries.

Solve genuinely interesting commercial problems every day.

Coach across the entire business — Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, Finance and People.

Work in an environment that embraces AI, technology and new ways of helping entrepreneurs execute faster.

Thrive in our Sydney HQ overlooking Darling Harbour, with WFH Tuesdays & Thursdays.

Early knock-offs on select Fridays and regular team celebrations.

Constantly develop your own commercial and coaching capability.
