Elevator Installation Team Leader

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares a work schedule outlining the planned commencement and completion dates of each installation project, subject to the review and approval of the Manager.
• Coordinates with the immediate superior to confirm the exact arrival date of equipment at the jobsite.
• Determines manpower requirements in accordance with the installation budget to ensure the proper allocation and efficient utilization of personnel, in coordination with the immediate superior.
• Inspects the site conditions of assigned projects and coordinates all necessary Elevator/Escalator installation requirements prior to the commencement of work.
• Immediately reports to the immediate superior any problems encountered at the jobsite, as well as any accidents occurring during installation activities.
• Prepares and submits required reports, including Weekly Progress Reports, Daily Jobsite Inspection Reports, and other relevant documentation.
• Ensures proper control, safekeeping, upkeep, and maintenance of tools and equipment used at the jobsite.
• Trains, guides, and develops team members to enhance their job performance, work efficiency, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission or have at least two (2) years technical education.

• Must have at least seven (7) years of related experience.

• Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization and with strong leadership potential.

• Capable of teaching and training people.
