Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes quickly
• Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, control panels, switches, sensors, and hydraulic systems to restore optimal operation
• Interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately to execute maintenance tasks efficiently
• Perform emergency repairs and respond promptly to service calls to minimize downtime
• Document all maintenance activities meticulously in logs and reports for compliance and future reference
• Collaborate with clients and building personnel to ensure safety protocols are followed during maintenance procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or elevator maintenance technician with field service expertise
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals confidently
• Hands-on experience working with hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components of elevators
• Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices and safety standards in building systems
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently using diagnostic tools and technical documentation
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach when interacting with clients and team members
• Relevant certifications or licenses related to elevator or industrial maintenance are preferred but not mandatory
