Responsibilities

• Lead small crews on modernization and major repair projects.
• Perform controller upgrades, rewiring, equipment replacement, and installations.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and traction elevator systems.
• Read schematics and coordinate fieldwork.
• Maintain safe, organized job sites and quality workmanship.
• ✈Travel nationwide for government modernization projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of elevator modernization or construction experience
• Strong electrical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with EC Vantage, SmartRise, Alpha, and MCE controllers.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and traction elevators.
• Ability to work independently and lead a crew.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
