Elevator Technician
Responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of the hotel’s elevators and related equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspection, preventive maintenance, and testing of elevators.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system issues.
• Monitor elevator performance and respond promptly to breakdowns or service interruptions.
• Perform routine checks on motors, cables, brakes, control panels, doors, and safety devices.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Coordinate with accredited elevator contractors for major repairs and servicing.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel maintenance procedures.
• Respond to elevator-related emergencies and assist in passenger rescue procedures when necessary.
• Perform other engineering and maintenance duties as assigned.
