Job Description

United Arab Agencies (UAA) is looking for a skilled and reliable Elevator Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in elevator maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, with the ability to work at different building locations across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine elevator inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in elevator systems.
• Repair, adjust, and replace defective elevator components.
• Inspect elevator doors, motors, control panels, sensors, and safety devices.
• Respond to elevator breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Assist with elevator installation, testing, and commissioning when required.
• Maintain maintenance records and report technical issues to the supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure elevators operate safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to complete assigned tasks on time.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Elevator Technician or Lift Maintenance Technician.
• Basic knowledge of elevator electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing elevator faults.
• Knowledge of elevator control panels, motors, door systems, and safety components.
• ITI, Diploma, or technical qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is an advantage.
• Ability to work at different building locations across Dubai.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
