Who we're looking for: We're looking for an experienced food operator, couple or hospitality team with a proven track record of delivering high-quality food businesses. You'll have strong commercial awareness, excellent guest service standards and the ability to lead a team that consistently delivers great experiences. Most importantly, you'll have the vision and confidence to maximise a food business generating £12,000+ gross food sales per week while building on the pub's excellent reputation within the community.
