ELV ESTIMATION ENGINEER

Location: Dubai, UAE
Position: ELV Estimation Engineer
Experience: Minimum 2 Years UAE Experience
Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQ, material take-off, quotations and cost estimates for ELV projects.
• Estimate and prepare proposals for CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Structured Cabling, SMATV, PA/VA and other ELV systems.
• Review tender documents, specifications, drawings and scope of work.
• Prepare accurate material and equipment requirements based on project drawings.
• Coordinate with suppliers for material pricing and technical specifications.
• Prepare technical/commercial quotations and submit tenders within deadlines.
• Coordinate with the technical and project teams regarding estimation requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in ELV estimation.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV and Access Control systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, storage, PoE switches, Access Control panels, readers, locks, exit devices and related accessories.
• Ability to read and understand ELV drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Office.
• UAE market knowledge and supplier coordination experience will be an advantage.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
