ELV Project Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and managing ELV systems, including structured cabling, CCTV, access control, and home automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Planning:
• Develop detailed designs and layouts for ELV systems based on project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local standards (e.g., SIRA) and international regulations.
• Conduct site surveys to understand system needs and prepare technical drawings.
• Project Management:
• Lead the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ELV systems.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines.
• System Integration:
• Oversee the integration of various ELV systems for seamless functionality.
• Perform testing and handover of systems to the client with necessary documentation.
• Maintenance & Support:
• Provide technical support for maintenance contracts and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and train team members for system efficiency.
• Leadership & Development:
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and technical standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/ IT Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in ELV / CCTV systems in Dubai, with a proven track record in project delivery.
• Technical Expertise:
• SIRA Certified Engineer.
• In-depth knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarms, PA systems, and home automation.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other design tools.
• Hands-on experience with brands like Hikvision, Honeywell, Bosch, or similar.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• SIRA Certification (Preferred)
