ELV Engineer

We are seeking an experienced ELV Engineer to join our team in Sharjah on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution, coordination, and supervision of ELV systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, authority requirements, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, SMATV, IPTV, Public Address, Intercom, and BMS interfaces
• Review ELV drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure compliance with project and authority requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams for smooth project execution
• Prepare and manage material submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation
• Monitor site progress, quality, and HSE compliance related to ELV works
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals with relevant authorities (e.g. CIRA, Civil Defence, consultants)
• Resolve technical issues and support project teams to achieve timely project delivery
• Prepare as-built drawings and handover documentation

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Communication Engineering
• Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in ELV systems execution
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems, specifications, and authority approvals
• Hands-on experience with CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA, SMATV, IPTV, and BMS integration
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and ELV documentation procedures
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary MEP teams
