Job Description

Shafa Group is seeking an experienced and highly motivated ELV Engineer to join our Building Division in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate must have 10–12 years of UAE experience in building construction, with mandatory experience in luxury villas and high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, review, and coordinate ELV systems for luxury villas and high-end residential projects.
• Prepare and review ELV shop drawings, layouts, schematic diagrams, and as-built drawings.
• Manage ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, data and voice networks, intercom, video door phones, SMATV/IPTV, and home automation.
• Coordinate ELV systems with electrical, mechanical, architectural, structural, and interior fit-out teams.
• Review IFC drawings, tender documents, project specifications, and consultant requirements.
• Ensure proper integration and coordination of ELV systems with other building services.
• Supervise ELV installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE regulations, local authority requirements, and project specifications.
• Review material submittals, technical documentation, and method statements.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and project schedules.
• Attend site inspections and coordinate testing, commissioning, and final handover documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in ELV engineering within the UAE building construction industry.
• Mandatory experience in luxury villa and high-end residential projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, intercom, SMATV/IPTV, and home automation.
• Experience in ELV design coordination, shop drawings, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Good knowledge of UAE authority requirements and applicable standards for ELV systems.
• Ability to review technical drawings, specifications, material submittals, and project documentation.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple activities, resolve site issues, and meet project deadlines.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
