ELV Engineer-SIRA

We are seeking a qualified and experienced ELV Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must hold a valid SIRA Engineer or SIRA Technician certification and have hands-on experience in the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of ELV and security systems. The candidate will be responsible for managing project execution, ensuring compliance with SIRA regulations, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid SIRA Engineer or SIRA Technician Certificate (Mandatory)
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of UAE experience in ELV and Security Systems
• UAE Driving License is preferred
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise ELV projects from installation through commissioning.
• Install, configure, test, and commission security and ELV systems.
• Ensure all installations comply with SIRA, consultant, and client requirements.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and system handover.
• Support SIRA inspections and obtain project approvals.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
• Provide technical support during project execution and after handover.

Skills

• Knowledge of SIRA regulations and Dubai security standards
• Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
