ELV MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of ELV projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Prepare detailed project execution plans, schedules, manpower requirements, material requirements, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Supervise and coordinate all ELV systems.
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and applicable standards.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and take corrective action for any delays.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, project updates, and management reports.
• Coordinate material procurement and ensure materials are available at site as per project requirements.
• Monitor manpower productivity and allocate technicians, engineers, and supervisors effectively.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspection, and final handover of ELV systems.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with clients and consultants regarding technical and commercial matters.

Required Qualifications

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in ELV project management.
• Strong experience in managing ELV systems and site installations.
• Previous experience in Qatar/GCC projects will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract requirements.
• Knowledge of relevant ELV standards, codes, and authority requirement.
