ELV Project Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ELV Project Engineer to manage and coordinate ELV projects from planning and design through installation, commissioning, and project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, tasks, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Review and approve technical designs for Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors for ELV equipment and components.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and manage supplier relationships.
• Supervise ELV system installation and commissioning activities.
• Perform software programming and configuration of ELV systems.
• Conduct inspections and implement quality control measures.
• Handle client technical queries and provide project updates.
• Maintain project documentation, including technical documents, test reports, and as-built drawings.
• Prepare regular project progress reports.
• Identify project risks and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, field teams, and internal departments.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Requirements

• B.E. in any discipline from a reputed university.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a related ELV field.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Experience in engineering documentation and technical submittals.
• Experience preparing technical proposals / Statements of Work is an added advantage.
• Relevant product certifications are preferred.
