ELV Supervisor

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate ELV installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Supervise technicians and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and project specifications.
• Handle ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Public Address, Intercom, SMATV, and other low-current systems.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
• Monitor daily site activities, manpower, materials, and work progress.
• Ensure compliance with project quality requirements, HSE procedures, and applicable site requirements.
• Review ELV drawings and coordinate with other disciplines to avoid clashes and site issues.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Maintain daily reports, inspection records, testing documents, and other project documentation.
• Ensure safe working practices and proper housekeeping at site.
• Hands-on supervision of telecom/ELV field-equipment installation and cable routing; coordinate work fronts, manpower, quality and progress up to the Telecom Room.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI or relevant technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant ELV experience, preferably in UAE.
• Previous experience as an ELV Supervisor or Senior ELV Technician is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA/PAVA, Intercom, and related ELV systems.
• Ability to read ELV drawings, layouts, and schematics.
• Good troubleshooting, team supervision, communication, and coordination skills.
• ADNOC/Oil & Gas project experience is an advantage.
• Candidates available in UAE are preferred.
