ELV Technician

• Design, install, and maintain low-voltage electrical systems, including CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct thorough troubleshooting of existing systems, diagnosing issues accurately and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate installation schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on systems to enhance performance and extend lifespan, documenting findings and actions taken.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of a relevant technical diploma or degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in installing and maintaining ELV systems in commercial or residential environments.
• Certifications in relevant areas such as CCTV installation, fire alarm systems, or access control systems are highly desirable.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics specific to low-voltage systems.
