Senior ELV Technician – Building & Villa Maintenance

Job Requirements & Responsibilities

• CCTV Systems: Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and programming of IP cameras, NVR/DVR, and surveillance systems.
• Gate Barriers & Automation: Troubleshooting and repairing automatic gate barriers, sliding gates, motors, sensors, and control boards.
• Access Control Systems: Installation, maintenance, and repair of card readers, biometric systems, magnetic locks, and door access controllers.
• Smart Home Automation: Troubleshooting, programming, and maintenance of smart lighting, curtains, switches, sensors, and home automation systems.
• Fire Alarm Systems: Troubleshooting, testing, maintenance, and repair of conventional and addressable fire alarm panels, detectors, and associated devices.
• Firefighting Systems: Inspection, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire pumps, sprinkler systems, hose reels, and associated control panels.
• Intercom Systems: Installation, troubleshooting, and repair of video and audio intercom systems.
• Networking & ELV Cabling: Knowledge of IP networks, PoE switches, CAT6 cabling, and ELV system connections.
• Technical Skills: Ability to independently diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• UAE Experience: Previous experience in residential buildings, commercial towers, and villas is preferred.
• UAE Driving License: Preferred.

Important

Candidates must have strong hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience, not only installation experience.

Experience with UAE fire alarm and firefighting systems, including relevant Civil Defence requirements, is highly preferred. Regulated fire safety work must be performed by appropriately qualified and authorized personnel.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED5,700.00 per month
