JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Chat Support Agent who will assist customers through chat and other messaging platforms. This is a non-voice role focused on providing fast, accurate, and professional customer support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat and messaging platforms
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and customer accounts
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer service standards

SCHEDULE & TRAINING

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training on company tools, systems, and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• College Graduate / Fresh Graduate: No BPO experience required
• High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate: At least 6 months of BPO experience required
• Strong written English communication skills
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
