Email Automation Expert

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end development and execution of email campaigns in Marketo.
• Build and optimize automated nurture programs, triggers, and customer journeys.
• Database management & segmentation strategies in Marketo.
• Email performance analysis and reporting with actionable recommendations.
• Ensure data privacy & compliance (GDPR, double opt-in, etc.)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into campaign strategies.
• Develop and maintain Marketo templates & best practices documentation.
• Support training and onboarding of business users on Marketo.

Education & Experience

• Should have at least 3-4+ years hands-on experience with Marketo (Smart Campaigns, Engagement Programs, Scoring, Forms, Tokens, etc.)
• Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices.
• Solid knowledge of database management, lead lifecycle, and segmentation.
• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting & performance tracking.
• Strong project management & communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and structured working style.
• Experience in B2B environment preferred.
• Marketo certification is a plus.
• Fluent English skills are mandatory.
