Email Designer / Emailer - E-commerce Brands (Remote)

Role & responsibilities

We design e-commerce emails. Campaigns and flows, in Figma, for brands that watch what every send earns.

Not UI or UX. Not product design. Not landing pages. Not social media. Not motion or print. If your portfolio is app screens and user research case studies, this is the wrong role and we will not shortlist you.

Profit Wave Media is an email and SMS agency for e-commerce brands. Since 2022 we have worked with over 150 of them in fashion, jewellery, art and supplements. The team is small, so you would be the person behind most of what goes out.

What will you do?

• Design clean, on-brand email campaigns and flows
• Work from each client's brand book, tone of voice and product photography
• Collaborate with our copy team to build strong visual hierarchy
• Maintain consistency across flows and campaigns
• Design E-commerce emails in Figma

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design for e-commerce emails using Figma
• A portfolio with recent e-commerce emails you designed yourself, not concepts
• Experience with photoshop (preferable Adobe)
• Designing in combination with AI tools is preferred (not required)
• You take direct feedback that says this is wrong, do it again
• Eye for detail - you know the brand details and visual aspect

Figma and Photoshop are what we use. Strong in another tool is fine, you will pick it up. Klaviyo, Shopify and AI tools are welcome but none of them are the job.

The deal

• Freelance contract, 40 hours a week, 12:30 to 20:30 IST
• 66,000 to 83,000 per month to start, reviewed every 3 months with real room to grow
• 100% remote
