AT A GLANCE

The Email Marketing Associate is responsible for developing and executing email marketing initiatives across all brands to support campaign objectives, customer engagement, and business growth. The role oversees email campaign planning, creative conceptualization, copywriting, and performance monitoring to ensure brand consistency, effective audience targeting, and continuous campaign optimization.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

Email Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Develop and maintain the newsletter (NL) calendar and strategy across all brands, aligned with brand strategies, marketing calendars, promotions, product launches, and business objectives.
• Plan audience segmentation, campaign scheduling, and email automation to deliver relevant and targeted communications.
• Coordinate newsletter requirements and content with relevant teams to ensure alignment with ongoing promotions, product launches, and integrated marketing initiatives.
• Set up, schedule, and execute email campaigns, ensuring accuracy of content, links, audience lists, and deployment timelines.
• Monitor campaign execution and recommend improvements to strengthen audience engagement and conversion.

Creative Development & Copywriting

• Conceptualize email campaign creatives, including template mockups, visual layouts, and responsive

email designs, while maintaining brand guidelines.

• Write compelling subject lines, email copy, calls to action, and promotional messaging aligned with

campaign objectives.

• Translate campaign briefs and key marketing communications into engaging email content tailored to

target audiences.

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop cohesive email creatives and ensure timely campaign execution.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Track and analyze email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other relevant campaign performance indicators.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness, audience engagement, and overall results.
• Recommend and implement optimizations to email content, creative layouts, audience segmentation, and campaign execution based on performance insights.
• Maintain email campaign trackers, calendar, and documentation to monitor deployment schedules, campaign status, and performance across all brands.

YOUR TALENT

• Bachelor of Science in Communication, BS Development Communication, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, or other related programs.
• At least six (6) months of work experience in email marketing, digital marketing, content creation, copywriting, or a similar role.
• Strong creative conceptualization, copywriting, and visual communication skills, with an eye for layout, branding, and design.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, campaign automation, audience segmentation, and email performance metrics.
• Basic understanding of responsive email design and the ability to develop email mockups or creative layouts using relevant design tools.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to translate campaign objectives into engaging and persuasive marketing content.
• Experience developing newsletters (NLs) or email marketing campaigns for FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, or retail brands is an advantage.
