Email Marketing Designer

Job Summary:
We're putting out a call for a Senior Email Graphic Designer to create polished, high-converting email designs for ecommerce and direct-to-consumer email programs. You'll turn creative briefs and copy into clean, on-brand designs for promotional campaigns and automated flows. You'll work hand in hand with our campaign managers, program managers, and copywriters, and the right match is fast, detail-oriented, and confident working independently from a brief.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design email campaigns and automated flows, including promotional, welcome, abandoned cart, browse, and post-purchase emails
• Translate creative briefs and copy into clear, on-brand email designs
• Design for both desktop and mobile
• Adapt your style to suit a variety of brands and visual identities
• Create tidy, well-organized design files in Figma
• Develop reusable email sections and templates
• Make revisions quickly and accurately based on team and stakeholder feedback
• Work with the team to make sure designs are production-ready
• Manage several projects and deadlines at once

Mandatory Skills:

• 4+ years of graphic design experience
• Strong experience designing email marketing creative
• Advanced Figma skills
• Experience designing for ecommerce or DTC brands
• Strong sense of layout, typography, hierarchy, and visual design
• Portfolio of email marketing design work (promotional emails, flows, and work across multiple brands or styles)
• Able to work independently from a brief
• Comfortable working quickly and taking feedback
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Attentive, conscientious, and independent

Preferred Skills:

• Agency experience
• Experience with lifecycle or retention marketing
• Experience using Notion as a project management tool
• Experience with dynamic content, personalization, or hide/show logic
• Ability to keep several projects moving at once
