Email Marketing Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented, growth-driven Email Marketing Executive (1 -3 years) on behalf of our premier luxury e-commerce client. This high-impact role offers a fast-tracked opportunity to master advanced lifecycle marketing, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), AI-powered personalization, and cutting-edge Martech tools. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker eager to spearhead global cross-channel campaigns, perform rigorous competitor benchmarking, and build a world-class customer engagement function.

Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution & Coordination

• Assist in planning, formatting, scheduling, and deploying multi-geography Email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, and product teams to secure timely creative assets and content delivery.

2. Automation & Lifecycle Journeys

• Architect and implement high-converting automated retention workflows (Welcome Series, Cart Abandonment, Post-Purchase, and Re-engagement).
• Ensure error-free validation of automated triggers to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV).

3. Data Management & Analytics

• Handle advanced customer list segmentation, data hygiene, and cohort targeting.
• Leverage Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and tracking tools to monitor and report daily KPIs (Open Rates, CTR, Conversions, and Revenue Contribution).

4. AI Tools & Competitor Research

• Apply generative AI tools for hyper-personalized subject lines, content optimization, and automated product recommendations.
• Conduct structured competitor benchmarking within global luxury e-commerce sectors to adopt industry best practices.

5. Continuous Optimization

• Launch rigorous A/B testing frameworks covering subject lines, template structures, delivery times, and journey flows.
• Document performance data and translate metrics into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
