Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive and creative Email Marketing Intern to support our marketing and business development efforts. You'll be responsible for creating engaging email campaigns, reaching out to companies to introduce Kryd's services, and helping generate qualified leads through strategic email outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Write compelling marketing and cold outreach emails to companies.
• Research and build lists of target businesses and decision-makers.
• Promote Kryd's IT recruitment services through personalized email outreach.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain outreach sequences.
• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain an organized prospect database.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives.

Requirements

• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Interest in digital marketing, B2B marketing, or sales.
• Ability to research companies and personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
