Email Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cold email outreach campaigns to generate leads and business opportunities.
• Build, manage, and optimize email campaigns and automated sequences.
• Research and identify relevant prospects and target audiences.
• Create engaging email content, subject lines, and follow-up sequences.
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and lead databases.
• Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, replies, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Set up and manage email automation workflows.
• Maintain email deliverability and minimize bounce and spam rates.
• Track campaign results and prepare regular performance reports.
• Continuously test new strategies to improve outreach and lead generation.

Requirements

• 1.5–4 years of experience in email marketing, cold outreach, or marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing and automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of cold email campaigns, lead generation, email sequences, and deliverability.
• Good copywriting and communication skills.
• Knowledge of email analytics and campaign optimization.
• Experience with CRM and lead-generation tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹16,667.46 - ₹25,000.00 per month
