We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist with a strong analytical approach, who will take ownership of our email marketing operations, and build on the structure already in place by driving ongoing customer engagement, designing smarter campaigns and automations while collaborating across teams to create personalized, high-performing content.

Requirements:

• You must have an excellent command of the English language;
• Ability to think strategically about content and offers — deciding which topics, products, and promotions to combine in each newsletter and how to sequence sends across the customer lifecycle;
• Experience designing and building automation flows (welcome, post-purchase, re-engagement, win-back) and a proactive, creative mindset for generating and testing new campaign and newsletter ideas;
• Familiarity with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and performance analysis/reporting metrics;
• Basic knowledge of HTML for email formatting and troubleshooting;
• Hands-on experience with advanced email marketing / automation platforms (e.g. ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp, etc);
• Experience with customer journey mapping and email segmentation is required;
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions;
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Create and manage email campaigns for blog content, commercial sends, product launches, and any other updates;
• Plan and shape the newsletter and campaign calendar — deciding which content, products, and offers to combine, how to sequence sends, and bringing new campaign and automation ideas to the table;
• Schedule, prepare, and send email campaigns to make sure they reach the right audience at the right time;
• Design and improve post-purchase email flows with automations and personalized recommendations;
• Work closely with blog editors and content writers to make sure the email content fits with the blog posts;
• Create and optimize landing pages, performing split tests through email to align with goals and drive conversions;
• Monitor blog and newsletter content to ensure alignment with the email marketing strategy, and adjust or create content as needed to support campaigns;
• Utilize basic HTML knowledge to ensure proper email formatting, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the manager and platform technicians to resolve technical problems;
• Assist in regularly cleaning and updating the email contact list to ensure the right audience is targeted;
• Prepare campaign materials across different platforms, track performance and analyse key metrics, and collaborate with the manager to improve campaign strategies and processes;
• Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items;
• Identify areas for improvement in processes, campaign performance, and customer engagement, report issues and challenges to the direct manager, and proactively suggest solutions.
