Email Marketing Specialist

Netspark Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in email campaigns and marketing automation.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of email marketing platforms, automated workflow configuration, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute engaging email marketing campaigns.
• Set up, manage, and optimize email marketing automation workflows.
• Create visually appealing email layouts with compelling subject lines and content.
• Use email marketing platforms to schedule, manage, and monitor campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content and campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor email deliverability and maintain email marketing best practices.
• Analyze campaign metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing.
• Practical knowledge of email marketing automation and workflow configuration.
• Experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar tools.
• Understanding of email campaign scheduling, personalization, and optimization.
• Good understanding of email design, content, and audience engagement.
• Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
