Email Marketing VA

Job Summary:
This opening is for a versatile Marketing Specialist who will help launch and grow our online business. You’ll run affiliate marketing, connect with suppliers, set up our website and backend systems, and develop our email marketing in Klaviyo, while also producing graphics and assisting customers. This role rewards people who are resourceful, hands-on, and comfortable taking on many different tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and run our affiliate marketing program, including recruiting, onboarding, and supporting affiliates
• Connect with suppliers to source products, negotiate terms, and build lasting vendor relationships
• Configure our online store’s backend, including products, settings, and integrations
• Assist with launching our new website, including building pages, uploading content, and testing
• Produce marketing graphics, banners, and visual assets that fit our brand
• Answer customer service inquiries by email and chat quickly and in a friendly way
• Set up and run Klaviyo, including email flows, campaigns, and list segmentation
• Monitor marketing performance and propose improvements to lift sales and engagement

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in digital or e-commerce marketing
• Hands-on experience setting up and managing Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segments)
• Experience with affiliate marketing or partnership programs
• Experience with website and backend setup on e-commerce or CMS platforms
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar
• Strong written English and customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable, focused, and self-starting

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with supplier sourcing or vendor negotiation
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and A/B testing
• Basic understanding of SEO and marketing analytics
• Capable of handling a range of projects at once
