Email Security L1 & L2 Support

Cyber Security team is looking for day-to-day email security incident triage and supporting safe communication channels. The role focuses on monitoring and escalating phishing, spoofing, or policy-violating messages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and investigate email alerts from tools like Mimecast.
• Quarantine management and safe release handling.
• Report and escalate suspicious/phishing emails.
• Maintain user blocklists/allowlists as per policy.
• Document all actions taken during email investigations.

Key Skills & Certifications:

• Working knowledge of email protocols (SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Familiarity with email security platforms like Mimecast, Proofpoint.
• Awareness of phishing and spam patterns.
• Certifications (preferred): CompTIA Security+, Mimecast Email Security Admin
