Embedded AI Expert

For our client, we are seeking a Embedded AI Expert to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will partner closely with customers to help operationalize AI-driven insights within contact center environments and improve how teams use conversation data to support business priorities.

The position blends analytics, customer engagement, and hands-on configuration work, with a strong emphasis on translating voice and interaction trends into actionable recommendations.

You will also serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, helping analysts and leaders adopt tools effectively and make better decisions from performance data.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $140,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to implement program strategies using a self-service tool
• Complete certification on the platform and establish keyword and utterance rules for contact center interactions
• Leverage voice analytics to identify and report on trends in conversation data
• Monitor contact center performance using diagnostic tools to highlight emerging insights
• Align contact center operations with customer business priorities using self-service capabilities
• Respond to analytical requests and deliver actionable recommendations based on data analysis
• Provide mentoring and support for the customer's analysts in using the tools effectively

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in a contact center environment preferred
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both customers and internal teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to derive actionable insights
• Proficiency with SaaS products and adaptability to new technologies
• Comfortable presenting to senior-level executives
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
• Familiarity with speech analytics tools is a plus
