We are currently seeking a highly skilled Embedded Automotive Engineer to join our fast-growing IoT division in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will be deeply involved in designing, developing, and maintaining complex embedded systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build the low-level software and device drivers that power the next generation of smart, connected vehicles.

What You Will Be Doing

• System Development: Analyze requirements, and perform architecture design, detailed implementation, and unit/integration testing for embedded software and hardware drivers.
• Driver & Component Engineering: Develop, integrate, and maintain device drivers and low-level software components on Embedded Linux and/or Zephyr RTOS platforms.
• OS Abstraction: Design and implement OS Abstraction Layers (OSAL) to ensure seamless software portability across different operating systems.
• Quality & Collaboration: Work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, automotive-grade software solutions.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in Automotive Embedded Systems or Linux Embedded Systems.
• Programming Mastery: Strong proficiency in C/C++ for HW Drivers, Linux Kernel, Embedded Software, Compilers, Bash/Shell Script, and Makefiles.
• Embedded Linux & RTOS: Deep experience with Embedded Linux Driver/Kernel/U-Boot development, Zephyr RTOS, and OSAL. (Experience with Renesas FSP for RA/RX/RZ platforms is highly preferred).
• Automotive Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with AUTOSAR Classic Platform modules (MCAL, BSW, ASW, BLE), AUTOSAR Configuration Tools (e.g., DaVinci, ECU Spectrum), and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet).
• Hardware Skills: Ability to effectively read and interpret Hardware Manuals, Schematics, and Datasheets. Experience with emulators, simulators, debugging, and test equipment.
• Language & Soft Skills: Fluent English proficiency in reading and writing. Good teamwork, self-management, and communication skills. (Bonus: Experience with multi-tasking and multi-thread programming).
