Embedded C/Autosar Developer

Primary Skills

1. Strong C programming skills for Embedded Software Development (Pointers, Structures, Storage Classes).

2. Experience in MATLAB/Simulink based application software development and integration.

3. Strong knowledge of AUTOSAR standards and ASW design/configuration using DaVinci tools.

4. Good understanding of UDS, CAN Protocol and Embedded Systems.

5. Experience in Diagnostics and Failsafe Application Software development.

Secondary Skills

1. Knowledge of Embedded Tools: MATLAB/Simulink, Polyspace, Polarion, GHS/Tasking, Trace32, DaVinci, CANoe, CANdela Studio.

2. Scripting knowledge in Python, MATLAB Script, or Batch scripting.

3. Experience in Requirement Analysis, Issue Management, Configuration Management and Change Management.

4. Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and ASPICE Process.

5. Agile Development Process knowledge.

6. Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Prompt Engineering) is an added advantage.

7. Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibility

• Design, development, integration, and maintenance of Diagnostics & Failsafe Application Software.
  • Perform requirements analysis and software design activities.
  • Develop and integrate Application Software using MATLAB/Simulink and Embedded C.
  • Configure and integrate AUTOSAR Application Software using DaVinci tools.
  • Support issue investigation, defect fixing, and change request implementation for mass production vehicle programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and compliance with automotive standards.
