Embedded Firmware Engineer (RTOS / Embedded Linux)

We are looking for a hands-on Embedded Firmware Engineer to build production-grade firmware

for IIoT wearable and industrial devices. You will work across MCU firmware, Linux-based edge

devices, drivers, connectivity, and system bring-up. This role involves end-to-end ownership from

board bring-up to field deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop firmware from requirements to production

• MCU bring-up and board debugging

• RTOS firmware architecture (FreeRTOS / Zephyr etc)

• Embedded Linux bring-up (Yocto / Buildroot / Debian)

• Device driver development (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, USB)

• Camera / audio / sensor integration

• 4G / LTE modem integration

• Power optimization for battery devices

• Bootloader and OTA update implementation

• Debugging field failures and production issues

• Interface with hardware and mechanical teams

• Optimize memory, CPU, and power usage

• Production diagnostics and test firmware

• Support manufacturing and deployment

Required Skills

• Strong experience in RTOS firmware development OR Embedded Linux firmware development

• Strong C / C++ programming

• Embedded debugging using logic analyzer / scope• Experience with ARM Cortex-M / Cortex-A

• Driver development (I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO)

• Multithreading / synchronization

• Hardware bring-up experience

• Reading schematics & datasheets

• Board debugging & root cause analysis

• Git based workflow
